What a wonderful few months we have all had settling into Primary 1.
This year we welcomed 4 new children into our class, Evan, Elliott, Alesia and Sarfraz. Carl and Sudais have been very welcoming to our new friends. So far this year the children have enjoyed circle time and joining in with our songs. We practice Lámh during this time and practice turn taking also. Art has been a favourite activity, and we have Lisa the art teacher come to our class twice a week to do art with the children.
Messy play has been a huge hit, and the children have enjoyed water play, dry food play as well as some slimey textures, although the slimey textures weren’t for everyone!!! The children also helped Alesia celebrate her 9th birthday and we had a little party with cake for her. We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We look forward to seeing the children in 2025.
